• Employee account information (email address) — used to sign authorized staff in to the private Amarillo Truck Parts operations tools.
• Authentication tokens — stored securely in the device Keychain to keep you signed in. Never shared.
• Photos you capture — during vehicle intake, photos you take are uploaded to our own server and attached to the relevant vehicle or inventory record. The app requests camera and photo-library access only for this purpose.
• Operational data you enter — inventory, vehicles, quotes, orders, and related records you create are stored on our server as part of running the business.
• First-party website interest context — when you use the public site, we may retain the page, referring page, campaign tags in the URL, an anonymous session identifier, and a broad device class. We attach that context to actions such as a part inquiry, phone click, VIN lookup, or email signup so our team can understand and follow up on interest.
• Optional public-site analytics — only after you select “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may receive the page URL, referring page, and browser/device information and may set first-party analytics cookies. Google Analytics remains off before opt-in. We keep advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization disabled.

Solely to operate and improve the Amarillo Truck Parts service — authenticate staff, run yard and sales operations, store business records, respond to requests, and understand which of our own listings or campaigns generated useful customer interest.

• No advertising networks or tracking your activity across other companies' apps or sites.
• No selling or sharing of personal information with third parties.
• No use of analytics data to build advertising audiences or personalize ads.

Business and operational data is sent to and stored on infrastructure operated for Amarillo Truck Parts / I-40 Trading. Third-party services receive only the data needed for their function. If you opt in to public-site analytics, Google processes the limited analytics data described above under its privacy policy.

Business records are retained as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can change or withdraw analytics consent at any time with the “Privacy choices” control; withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site. Account holders may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.

The app is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
